I'm near Boston, MA, and it's amazing! The weather is delicious (it's about 35 degrees, holy moly) and we're having a cracking time. Matt is alternately charming and terrifying the locals. I've been pretty quiet on here of late, mostly because I have been knitting.

Not just any old thing, oh no - I've been knitting ( THIS )

So Flora spent the past 24 hours being very poorly, and was cared for by the vet for most of today. HEr tummy was very bloated and painful, and the X-ray showed it being filled with gas and fluids. She came home around 4 with pain meds and liquid food - just after I'd administered them this evening, she had a massive seizure and passed away ( Read more... )
